We’re looking for a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in our Fargo, ND clinic. Whether you're an experienced SLP or a recent graduate, if you're committed to helping children reach their full potential, we want to meet you.

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll support children with a variety of needs — including medically complex, developmental, and communication challenges — helping them improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills to enhance their independence and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans to improve communication, swallowing, cognitive-communication, and social skills in pediatric patients
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain detailed, skilled documentation including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
• Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support communication development and carryover of therapy strategies at home and in natural settings
• Monitor therapy progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes
• Assess the child’s natural environments—such as home, school, or daycare—and recommend strategies or modifications to enhance communication and participation
• Recommend and train families on the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices or other assistive technology as appropriate
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address the child’s holistic needs
• Manage a pediatric caseload, maintain open communication with families, and coordinate scheduling of therapy sessions
• Complete accurate billing and documentation aligned with services provided
