B2B Collections Representative

A company is looking for a B2B Collections Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts via telephone and written correspondence

Provide accurate account updates and perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information

Counsel delinquent consumers and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in commercial collections required

Ability to successfully pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screening

Available to work between 8 : 00am and 5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday

Stable work history with a strong work ethic
