A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and mature an enterprise regulatory compliance program, including governance, controls, training, and reporting
Advise and collaborate with leadership and operational teams on compliance program components
Conduct compliance risk assessments and integrate findings into broader risk strategies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of senior-level experience in Regulatory Compliance or related oversight functions
Proven experience in developing enterprise regulatory compliance programs
Experience with compliance areas such as NERC CIP and utility regulatory requirements
Ability to design compliance training and governance documentation
Strong consulting mindset for assessing and implementing compliance structures
