About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations across the U.S. and Canada. This position plays a key role in managing imports from headquarters in Korea warehouse and inventory control and distribution to customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise with leadership skills to drive efficiency ensure compliance and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage logistics operations including warehouse transportation and distribution
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate forecasting
• Manage import / export processes and compliance requirements
• Negotiate and monitor freight carrier contracts and performance
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Support logistics for demos conventions and customer needs
• Lead and develop team members to achieve operational goals
