[job_card.job_description]Assist the Area Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating program activities to ensure that goals, objectives, and program deliverables are accomplished for each project within scope, cost, and schedule. Foster and develop an outstanding relationship with internal team members and stakeholders to deliver best in class solutions Support program control in planning, budgeting, and execution of program and projects Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Control program risk management, identifying risk candidates, monitoring obsolescence and implementing risk mitigation plans as necessary. Build and lead diverse teams across enterprise process centers Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers and contractors, to ensure program requirements are met and expectations are managed. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as applicable laws and regulations. Support the Area Manager in conducting program reviews and audits and in preparing and presenting program status reports to senior management and customers. Minimum of bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, business, management, operations or supply chain. Other degrees will be considered with relevant work experience. 10 plus years of relevant work experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Department of Defense or similar industry Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Customer interface experience with USG and / or external suppliers desired Proposal development experience preferred (lead or support) Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships. Ability to assess business or technical risk and develop corrective actions and mitigation plans. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Must have experience with using Contract Logistics Management (CLM) Database, Oracle, and Teamcenter. Must have strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent business acumen and negotiating skills are preferred. Ability to travel as needed. This position may require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance)
