Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with coverage, procedures, laws, and regulations in claims handling

Identify training needs and assist in developing training plans for claims staff

Required Qualifications

4-year college degree

At least 5 years of claims experience

Maintain all required licenses for the states of operation
