HRIS ANALYST

Supports core functions of Human Resources with a focus on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Assists in maintaining HR systems, generating reports, and supporting data needs for internal and external customers. Provides general technical support for HR technology-related tasks and projects. Description of Duties Works on problems of routine scopes where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action; may recommend changes to existing procedures and practices based on analysis of data. Supports technology projects to ensure quality, timeliness and proper use of HR information retrieved from systems, reviews and prioritizes system maintenance and creates enhancement requests for HR Core and related modules.
