Supports core functions of Human Resources with a focus on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Assists in maintaining HR systems, generating reports, and supporting data needs for internal and external customers. Provides general technical support for HR technology-related tasks and projects. Description of Duties Works on problems of routine scopes where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action; may recommend changes to existing procedures and practices based on analysis of data.
