Express is seeking a Medical Billing/Customer Service Representative for a medical supply client in Washington. Pay: $18/hr.

Job Duties:

• Contact patients for medical and billing information
• Communicate with physicians' offices and facilities to follow up on documentation needed
• Enter patient and medical information into computer systems
• Obtain authorizations as required
• Perform medical billing and A/R follow-up

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical coding, and/or diagnostic codes strongly preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Neat in manner and appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Pay: $18/hr
