Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders by telephone, ensuring prompt and courteous service
Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per shift, including incoming and outgoing calls
Document customer activity and check reports to follow up with customers as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
Flexible and adaptable to change
Must have high-speed internet for remote work
