To be successful in a position at Honeoye Falls Market Place, candidates must demonstrate a range of essential skills and attributes. Candidates should have the flexibility to work morning / day shifts during the week and one weekend shift. Grocery and / or retail experience to include ordering product and vendor relations required. Previous ordering and vendor relations highly recommended. Exceptional communication skills and a highly motivated demeanor are key to fostering a positive customer experience. Ideal team members are collaborative and capable of working independently when required.

Multitasking, focus, and efficiency are essential as you navigate various responsibilities throughout the day. Additionally, candidates must be physically prepared to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods, and they should either have the ability to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting employment.
