Traveling Superintendent Commercial Construction

This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects representing a general contractor known for quality, safety, and delivering on its promises.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through punch list
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and inspections to ensure schedule and quality goals are met
- Lead daily and weekly site meetings to drive communication and accountability
- Enforce safety and compliance standards across all phases of the project
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Design Teams to proactively solve issues before they become problems
- Maintain accurate documentationdaily reports, schedules, and progress photosto ensure smooth project delivery
