Director of Regulatory Solutions

A company is looking for a Director, Regulatory Solutions in Pet Insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

Direct the drafting of contracts, regulatory filings, and compliance guidelines

Oversee the development and maintenance of compliance programs and documentation

Build and manage relationships with regulatory agencies and internal teams

Required Qualifications :

Undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting, law, or a related field preferred

Industry designations (e.g., CLU, ChFC) preferred

Ten years of related work experience in compliance, regulatory, or operational leadership roles preferred

Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services and / or insurance

Ability to interpret statutes, regulations, and policy provisions
