About the Role :

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Advisor to join our internal recruiting agency team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting or talent operations career who is eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Youll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers supporting key recruiting processes while building your skills and expertise.

This is a client-facing role but you wont be aloneyoull be supported by senior team members who will guide and mentor you as you grow.

What Youll Do :

• Screen candidates to assess qualifications and ensure alignment with client needs before advancing them in the hiring process.
• Support external client stakeholders and hiring managers by coordinating recruiting activities and ensuring alignment on candidate profiles timelines and expectations.
• Assist with day-to-day communication between clients and our internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Help manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress scheduling interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with senior Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs and contribute to recruiting strategies.
• Provide feedback on our recruiting platform Spot to help improve tools and workflows.
• Participate in team meetings training sessions and project planning to support continuous learning and team success.

Base Salary Hiring Range : $80000 - $100000 annually
