Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts.Every third weekend rotation with holiday rotation.Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift positions.

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you will care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies, tumor resections, and stroke patients.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , you will gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Registered Nurse license from the state where you practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).Education :
Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Experience :
Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Skills and Abilities :
