SUD - Case Manager

Genesis New Beginning Inc. is a small clinic located in Huntington Beach California. We were established in December 2017 and specialize with the substance abuse industry. We are a team of comprehensive professionals made up of medical doctors, Social Workers, and Case Managers.
We are located off the main highway in Huntington Beach located in a professional Medical Building right next to the HB city hospital. Our team in growing and we are excited to be adding you to our team. We are hiring individuals to meet the government contracted expectations to provide service to high risk populations.

The case manager position works with the clinical team by creating and updating weekly treatment plans, creating discharge plans, communication to courts or other legal entities when requested, conduct therapy groups, creates weekly schedules for those participating in the outpatient program, and follows up with each client that is struggling to participate in the outpatient program. Comfortability working with many demographics (homeless, substance abuse, re-entry, LGBTQ, etc.). Must always present with a clean and professional appearance. Present with strong boundaries when working with clients and their families. Strict understanding of HIPPA Laws and CARF expectations.

This is not for ACSW/LCSW, AMFT/LMFT.
This is a great position for a MSW Intern, Bachelor Degree in Human Services, or AOD graduate.
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
RADT-1 (Will only be considered with minimum 2yrs experience) or CATC I-III or similar is a MUST.
BLS Certification is a Must.
NARCAN Training is preferred.
