Palm Beach Tan is looking for a dedicated and reliable Morning Shift Leader to join our team! As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to advise customers on our amazing skincare products and ensure that they leave Palm Beach Tan feeling confident and beautiful. Join our team-oriented environment that offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and generous commission opportunities. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience. Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.

Responsibilities

As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for all things beauty! Your charisma and passion will shine as you :

  • Consult and Inspire : Interact with customers, providing expert advice on our premium skincare products, empowering them to achieve their beauty aspirations.
  • Tanning with a Smile : Assist customers with their tanning needs, following state and local guidelines, ensuring they leave with a radiant glow and an even brighter smile.
  • Achieve the Extraordinary : Be a superstar salesperson by surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, unlocking fantastic commission opportunities along the way.
  • Create a Blissful Environment : Maintain a clean and organized salon, ensuring each customer feels pampered and relaxed.
  • Master of the Register : Handle transactions with finesse and manage daily administrative tasks like a pro.

    • Qualifications

    Joining our fantastic team requires a few essentials :

  • Passion and Enthusiasm : A high school diploma or equivalent is awesome, but what truly sets you apart is your passion for the beauty industry and your genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Age is Just a Number : We welcome candidates aged 18 and above to bring their dynamic personalities to our team.
  • Flexibility : With reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends, you'll be a perfect fit for our vibrant salon schedule.
  • Physical Stamina : Our exciting environment requires you to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Plus, you should be able to lift up to 15 pounds without breaking a sweat.
