Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and track team performance
Coach and support Account Executives through regular 1 : 1s and deal strategies
Collaborate with leadership to implement sales tactics that drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales leadership experience
Demonstrated success in driving net-new revenue growth
Experience in eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment industries preferred
Deep understanding of sales metrics and ability to translate data into action
High level of initiative and a collaborative approach to achieving success
