[job_card.job_description]1 weekend per month beginning 10 / 06 / 2025 Patient Demographics : 18+ Patient Volume / Census : 1 2 on Friday; 5 10 consults / day on Sat / Sun, occasional OR cases (stents, stones, clot evacuation) Case Mix : General Urology No. of Beds in Department : 189 Trauma Level : Level 4 EMR System : Cerner Specialty Backup Available : No extra support for call coverage Support Staff Available : None for call shifts Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : days Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Not specified Must do all General Urology procedures Licenses : Active WV license (or IMLC if willing) Board : Required DEA : Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS Experience : Minimum experience required Other Qualifications : Proficiency with Cerner Provide weekend clinical and call coverage Perform general urologic evaluations and procedures Respond to inpatient and emergency consultations Participate in OR cases as needed Accurately document all care in Cerner EMR
