Corporate Business Development VP

A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Business Development Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and pursue M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments aligned with corporate growth strategy

Lead all phases of deal execution, including diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration planning

Continuously analyze market trends and competitor moves to inform investment strategies

Required Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting

Strong track record of successful deal execution within middle-market segments

Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring

Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

Experience in industrial manufacturing and PE-backed operating environments is preferred
