Job Title: Sales Staffing Consultant
Location: Arlington, Texas
Starting Salary: $21.00-$25.00/Hour

ASAP Personnel is seeking a dedicated Sales Staffing Consultant to join our team.
The Staffing Sales Consultant role drives growth by building new client partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. While supporting the staffing process as needed, the primary emphasis is on sales, client communication, and ensuring high levels of service.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 50 effective outbound calls each day.
Have a minimum of 8 new qualifying sales daily.
Have a minimum of 40 new qualifying sales per week.
This position will consist mainly of inside sales. Occasionally, outside sales and events may be required; during such instances GPS tracking app will be provided to track your progress.
Client Sales & Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client accounts through calls, emails, outreach, networking, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct clients need assessments to understand workforce demands, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistent follow-up schedule.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and candidate status information to clients.
- Ensure client expectations are met through strong communication and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
Recruiting, Placing, and Onboarding
- Manage ASAP Personnel Temp employees, which will include hiring and screening employees
- Creating and posting job ads
- Placing the best-fit candidate for each position
- Helping with arrivals when needed
- Solving day-to-day issues
- Proceeding with disciplinary actions as needed
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in staffing, sales, or account management for staffing agency preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas or recruitment targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job orders, client relationships, and candidates simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking
- Operates with a high sense of urgency to ensure timely results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
