Facility & Vehicle Maintenance Technician

This position manages, organizes, and carries out the preventative and general maintenance, inspection, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems and building equipment including, but not limited to, the internal / external structure, HVAC systems, plumbing / water supply, drainage systems, access control systems, and ensures that all Old Town Trolley Tours of Charleston property is maintained to a standard that ensures the image of our company is reflected in the appearance and condition of our equipment and facilities. This role is also responsible for basic and routine vehicle preventive maintenance and care. This could include managing and organizing vehicle detailing / cleaning, carrying out basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, installing mirrors or cameras, and mechanical items such as checking and topping up oil and fluids.
