Pay : $22 / hour
Position Summary :
Manage Central Station inventory, equipment repair, and return. Assist with Cloud products device enrollment and programing.
Job Duties :
- Requisition, receive, and stock alarm devices and other materials required by both field and office personnel.
- Process return of equipment to manufacturer for repair.
- Process all equipment requisitions and provide kitted equipment for work orders 24 hours in advance of scheduled installation / service appointment.
- Maintain adequate stock levels, control the release of inventory, and conduct inventory surveys.
- Process all incoming shipments daily.
- Maintain all reports and logs required for the Shop.
- Maintain the Shop in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Assist with Setting up Cloud Accounts and device enrollment.
- Help with Data entry of system information into accounts in SBN.
- All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
1-2 years shipping / receiving experience preferred.Basic Computer Networking Skills PreferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Good verbal and written communication skills required.Good interpersonal skills required.Word processing and basic spreadsheet skills required.Proficiency with inventory / database programs preferred.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.Final applicant will need to have the ability to pass a pre-employment screening process.Join the Bay Alarm Family!
