Experienced Sales Manager

Our Valencia Nissan-Infiniti dealership is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven sales record to join our team. We are a team of committed and talented individuals who strive to take care of our customers.  As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in coaching, mentoring, and supporting our team to push for further growth and success.

Job Description :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they are up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor customer inquiries and ensure a timely response.
• Monitor inventory and order new vehicles as needed.
• Monitor marketing trends and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase sales.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed.
• Keep apprised of all new products and technology.

Qualifications :

2 + years of Automotive Sales Management experience.

2 + years of Finance Management experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office : Excel and Word.

Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Strong take-charge leadership attitude with a record of team building, including recruiting, training, and motivation.

Identifying and analyzing problems with efficiency

Knowledge of the local retail market.

Excellent customer service skills.

Must have verifiable proof of your success as a Sales Manager in the Automotive Industry, including outstanding CSI scores.

Ability to identify market trends correctly and manage inventory.

Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
