We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Meal Packer to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and packaging individual meals for Genesis Health Clubs, as well as assembling shipments of meals for distribution to multiple club locations.

This is a hands-on, physical position that requires accuracy, speed, and the ability to thrive in a food preparation environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, portion, and package individual meals according to set recipes and standards.
  • Organize, label, and seal meals for freshness and quality control.
  • Assemble bulk shipments of meals for delivery to Genesis Health Clubs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workspace, following all food safety guidelines.
  • Track inventory of packaging supplies and communicate restock needs.
  • Assist in loading / unloading shipments and organizing storage areas.

    • Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated environments.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in meal counts and labeling.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
  • Previous food prep, packaging, or warehouse experience a plus, but not required (training provided).
