As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Pizza, you play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist customers with their orders, answer inquiries, and ensure the efficient operation of the store. Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with orders in person, over the phone, or through the online platform.
• Take accurate orders, suggest menu items, and offer promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including the dining and kitchen areas.
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating them to management when necessary.
• Assist with inventory management, such as restocking supplies and checking product freshness.
• Support delivery drivers by organizing orders and ensuring accuracy.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
