A company is looking for a Pharmacy Liaison to provide integrated off-site support to patients, pharmacists, and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medication management services and support to patients
Assist with prior authorizations, financial assistance, and medication onboarding for patients
Educate patients about the benefits of utilizing the hospital pharmacy for their care
Required Qualifications
State registered as a pharmacy technician
2-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician; 3-5 years preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
National certification as a CPhT or equivalent is preferred but not required
Commitment to obtain any additional required licensure within an agreed timeframe
