Location : Webster Groves, MO (On-site)

Pay : $65,000-$80,000 annually or $55 / hr. (contract rate)

Job Summary

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in Special Education, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of behavior change programs for students with special needs. This position involves working collaboratively with educators, support staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and review Behavior Improvement Plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide individual behavior therapy sessions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Conduct assessments, including Functional Analysis, to inform intervention strategies.
• Deliver staff training on ABA concepts and behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency across environments.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary program adjustments.
• Conduct training for family members and school personnel to promote generalization of skills.

Education & Licensure

Credentialed as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

A master’s degree in the human service field.

Work Schedule : This is a full-time position following the school year calendar, Monday to Friday from 7 : 45 am to 3 : 45 pm. Extended School Year (ESY) coverage in June and part of July. No after-school hours are required.
