Join a team that's Changing What's Possible - The Medical University of South Carolina's (MUSC) nationally recognized Department of Pathology and Laboratory medicine seeks a Genitourinary Pathologist. MUSC is a quaternary care hospital with roughly a 1000 beds with a busy genitourinary service, active transplantation, molecular diagnostics and cytogenetics services. . Home to the regions only Level I trauma center, the state's most comprehensive neonatal intensive care unit, the Transplant Center, and the state's only NCI-designated Cancer Center, MUSC serves as the principal referral center for physicians and patients of the region. Our Department has approximately $5 million dollars in extramural funding annually and is consistently ranked in the upper half of pathology departments in the United States for National Institutes of Health funding.
