Accounts Receivable Specialist

AD Solutions is a Business Solutions Equipment and Service Provider with headquarters in Orlando, Florida.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
• Assist with monthly analysis, reconciliations, and resolutions for GL accounts Reconcile discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Prepares Journal Entries and make necessary corrections Provide support for formal month-end and year-end close processes Assist in maintaining chart of accounts and keeping books up to date and secure Collaborate with other team members to complete duties as needed Maintain Accounts Receivable ledger Maintain and Reconcile A / R aging report on weekly basis Reconcile purchase orders and AP Aging Report Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications :
