Job Details :

• 1 : 1 Nursing in patient's home
• 19yr old with Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Gastrostomy, Non-verbal, Non-ambulatory, Quadriplegic
• Family member available to assist with transfers & repositioning
• Part-time or per diem scheduling (Full-time cases available nearby)
• Patient-specific training provided
• Other cases / shifts available in surrounding areas (Contact us for more info)

Available Shifts : Weekdays & Weekends

Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday : 7 : 00AM - 7 : 00PM

Thursday : 7 : 00PM - 7 : 00AM

Requirements :

Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator required

NYS Nursing licensure required

Must be computer literate

Completion of onboarding required prior to training

Must be able to complete nursing notes within 24 hours of the shift being completed

Must have malpractice insurance

Compensation :

$45 / hr
