Unit Information : RN Case Manager (917) Facility : HCA FLORIDA LAWNWOOD HOSPITAL Address : 1700 S 23rd Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34954 Floor : Float Building : Main Hospital Cost Center : 917 General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Level II trauma hospital. 440 beds. Associated Rehab, Psych. RN / SW / CMA team for triad model. UR team offsite, but Interqual required for Initial and CSR (discharge assessments) Fast Paced High Acuity units 8 hr shifts rotate every other weekend. 8 am 4 : 30 pm shift Typical Hiring Profile Must have : List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s) : RN Florida / Compact 2-4 years RN CM in acute care facility Prefer HCA experience.
