Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead custom fabrication projects from quote to completion. This role blends technical estimating, project engineering, and hands-on coordination across departments. You will oversee multiple projects involving plastic ventilation systems, tanks, pipe skids, fume scrubbers, and custom components for corrosive air and liquid handling.

Please Note : Must have experience in a production-based manufacturing environment. Backgrounds limited to construction, IT, retail, or banking will not be considered.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain detailed records and follow up consistently.
  • Confirm customer requirements prior to manufacturing.
  • Write quotes, estimates, and proposals for custom projects.
  • Review completed jobs to improve future project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively across departments and with customers.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
  • Oversee engineering, purchasing, material control, quality, and installation phases.

Qualifications :

  • Problem-solving ability under time constraints.
  • Stable work history with a commitment to quality.
  • High energy, detail oriented, and results driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Associate degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics.
  • Willingness to learn new products and processes; self-motivated with urgency.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing project management or project engineering.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and E-Drawings is a plus.
