About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing, science-driven health and wellness company is expanding its North American ecommerce business and seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead digital strategy and performance across key online channels.
This high-impact role will own initiatives that drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and profitable revenue growth across Amazon, key digital marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong marketplace expertise, a data-driven mindset, and experience scaling ecommerce within natural health, supplements, or consumer wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities
Channel & Growth Leadership
· Develop and execute integrated ecommerce and lifecycle strategies to drive revenue growth, acquisition, conversion, and long-term customer value.
· Manage initiatives across Amazon, key marketplaces (e.g., iHerb), DTC platforms (Shopify or similar), and professional ecommerce channels.
· Align ecommerce execution with broader commercial objectives and contribute insights to channel roadmaps and digital enhancements.
Merchandising & Conversion Optimization
· Oversee digital shelf strategy, ensuring optimized product listings, PDPs, and onsite content for discoverability and conversion.
· Partner with brand and marketing teams to deploy high-performing digital assets that enhance storytelling and sales.
· Implement CRO best practices including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user behavior insights.
Campaign & Performance Marketing Execution
· Support marketplace advertising, SEO/SEM, paid media, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
· Drive lifecycle marketing efforts (email/CRM), segmentation strategies, and subscription optimization initiatives.
· Improve retention and customer lifetime value through testing and customer journey enhancements.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
· Own ecommerce reporting across traffic, conversion, media efficiency, LTV, retention, repeat purchase rates, digital shelf share, and revenue performance.
· Monitor customer feedback, competitive activity, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
· Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and Commercial leadership.
· Contribute to promotional strategy, assortment planning, and channel expansion initiatives.
Agency & Vendor Management
· Manage external agencies and marketplace partners to ensure optimized content, advertising efficiency, and performance outcomes.
· Hold partners accountable to KPIs and performance targets.
Operational & Inventory Support
· Resolve marketplace issues related to listings, pricing, compliance, or catalog accuracy.
· Collaborate with Operations to monitor demand trends, velocity, and inventory planning.
· Proactively mitigate out-of-stocks and maintain channel stability.
Continuous Improvement
· Stay current on ecommerce trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
· Identify innovative growth opportunities across digital channels.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
· 5–8 years of ecommerce/DTC experience in consumer goods, health & wellness, beauty, or related industries.
· Proven success in natural products and/or dietary supplements strongly preferred.
· Hands-on experience managing Amazon and key digital marketplaces (iHerb experience a plus).
· Experience supporting DTC ecommerce platforms (Shopify or similar).
· Familiarity with CRM/CDP platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and lifecycle marketing strategies.
· Experience with additional marketplaces such as Fullscript, Emerson/Natural Partners, Walmart, or Target is a plus.
