Radiology – CT / X-Ray Tech (WA)\n\nNote : Medical Solutions auto-deducts the 1.75% WA tax—you may re-add that amount.\nRadiation Badge : Traveler must provide one; manager can assist if needed.\nLicense : Active WA license required\n\nDepartment Details\n\nModality : CT & General X- Ray\n\nScanners / Rooms : 1 CT, 1 X-ray, 1 Portable\n\nFloat : CT and General X-Ray\n\nEquipment : Toshiba 64-slice CT, Carestream X-Ray room, new GE portable\n\nEMR / PACS : EPIC + McKesson PACS\n\nRequired Certifications\n\nBLS\n\nARRT\n\nCT certification\n\nCommon Studies\n\nCT : Head, Spine, Abd / Pelvis, CTA PE, Runoff, Extremities (w / and w / o contrast)\nX-Ray : Chest, PICC placement, Tube placement, Trauma, Fractures, Extremities\n\nExperience Needed\n\nAbility to work independently—graveyard shift is solo (11p–7a)\n\nMust be able to start IVs (no RN support in DI)\n\nTypical Volumes\n\nCT : 2–6 scans / night\n\nX-Ray : 1–4 per night\n\nStaffing\n\nSupervisor : Adrienne Turner (Manager)\n\nCT Lead : Keith Stoner\n\nRadiologist : On-site Mon / Wed / Fri 8a–5p; otherwise TRA Telerad\n\nRRA : No\n\nSchedule\n\nShift : Tues–Thurs, 5p–5 : 30a\n\nWeekends : As scheduled\n\nHolidays : Work if holiday falls on your shift\n\nCall : None\n\nDress Code\n\nWear your own scrubs (any color)\n\nOrientation\n\nEPIC training in Tacoma\n\n1 week on-site training
