Technical Product Owner

Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience interacting with C-suite stakeholders.

• Proven experience managing large, complex technical programs.

Experience:

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets for technical or AI-driven projects.
• Experience overseeing generative and predictive AI models from validation to production.
• Experience tracking ROI and defining KPIs for technology initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of AI transformation initiatives from concept to deployment.
• Define and maintain a rolling 12-month product and delivery roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, deliverables, and financial tracking across AI initiatives.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure usage and associated costs.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure business impact and ROI of AI solutions.
• Provide regular portfolio updates, risk assessments, and value realization reports to executive leadership.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and proactively mitigate risks.
• Promote AI adoption across business units through change management and enablement.
• Analyze AI performance dashboards and reports to guide product decisions.
• Identify high-value AI and ML use cases based on internal processes and market trends.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using data-driven frameworks.
