What You’ll Do

• Be the heartbeat of the brokerage. Oversee daily operations, MLS listings, and every transaction that carries our name.
• Develop champions. Create training, coach agents, and hold them to high standards that help them win.
• Grow the team. Recruit talented, driven agents and help them build the businesses they’ve always wanted.
• Strengthen our brand. Support agents with marketing strategy, creative content, and social media presence that drives results.
• Ensure excellence. Maintain compliance with company policies, state and national real estate laws, and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Lead with clarity and confidence. Set expectations, guide agents toward their goals, and cultivate a culture of accountability and success.

What You Bring

• A deep understanding of real estate, brokerage operations, and Fair Housing laws
• Active managing broker license
• 3+ years of experience as a practicing real estate agent
• A natural leadership presence—clear communicator, strong motivator, steady problem-solver
• Excellent time-management and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of helping others succeed or leading high-performing teams
