[job_card.job_description]Ability to project a professional image at all times Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong computer skills Detail oriented with above average organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent required Current / active ARRT license required Knowledge of radiologic standards, requirements and regulations Thorough knowledge of Orthopedic terminology and anatomy Frequent standing, walking, grasping, carrying, reaching, bending, and stooping Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds or greater Exposure to radiation which is minimized by the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and monitored by radiation badges The job duties listed in this job description may not be inclusive of all requirements of this position. Other duties may be assigned by the Clinical Supervisor.

PRN X-Ray Tech Duties / Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain x-ray machines
- Determine individual technique for ordered examination and position patient properly
- Perform procedure by verbally confirming with the patient after beginning a procedure
- Properly shield patients for all examinations
- Produce quality x-rays with correct Patient ID and markings
- Escort patients from lobby to treatment rooms, x-ray waiting, brace shop, etc.
- Assists providers’ healthcare team in clinic as needed
- Maintains wheelchairs, including proper maintenance and sanitization
