HVAC Fitter Journeyman (Greensville, Emporia Service Area)

Description

As a Field Service Support here at Honeywell you will have the opportunity to provide essential support to our field service team ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. Your role will involve assisting As a HVAC Fitter Journeyman here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and expertise for our HVAC systems. With your CFC certification and 5 years of experience in the field you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of HVAC systems for our this role you will have a significant impact on our HVAC business unit by providing field support troubleshooting issues and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in HVAC systems and your ability to effectively communicate with customers will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.

You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and will travel to designated local customers in the Greensville Emporia VA area. You will be assigned a Company van including all needed tools a fleet card for fuel and repairs and a phone and a laptop for business use.

• Coordinate service requests and schedule appointments for field service technicians
• Maintain accurate records of service activities including service reports and customer information
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Provide administrative support to the field service team as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Travel up to 75%.

Shift : 7 : 30am to 3 : 30pm
