IT Systems Manager

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for  IT Systems Manager  We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and management of core business systems. This role combines systems administration, project management, and process improvement with hands-on experience in Jira administration and exposure to warehouse operations and systems . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Systems Management & Administration Oversee daily operations of IT systems including servers, applications, and integrations.Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations across business-critical systems.Serve as the primary administrator for Jira and related Atlassian tools, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Project & Process Management Lead and coordinate IT and cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.Define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics while managing stakeholder expectations.Document system processes, changes, and best practices to ensure scalability.
• Warehouse & Operations Systems Support and optimize warehouse systems (WMS, inventory tracking, and integrations).Partner with operations to streamline system-driven processes for order fulfillment, tracking, and reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting warehouse efficiency.
• Security & Compliance Ensure system compliance with internal policies and industry standards.Oversee backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery procedures.Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement system upgrades or new tools.
