The analyst will own the Workday Recruiting workstream providing backend configuration support while partnering directly with business stakeholders and Recruiting end role also participates in Workdays biannual feature releases supporting evaluation testing and implementation of applicable enhancements. Responsible for design configuration testing validation training and support of Workday application and/or other assigned Information:This role requires deep expertise in Workday Recruiting and HCM. Configuration and maintenance across multiple workstreams is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of Workday and be proficient in: Configuring and maintaining Workday Recruiting/HCM including tenant setup and business process configuration. Developing modifying and troubleshooting calculated fields condition rules and validation rules to support business needs. Building and optimizing reports and dashboards.
