Compassionate Registered Nurse (New Graduates Welcome)

Overview :

Join our dedicated Outpatient Services team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in patient care. We are looking for compassionate and detail-oriented nurses who are eager to provide high-quality care and support our clinical operations in an outpatient setting.

Available Shifts : Days and Nights

Employment Type : Full Time, Part Time

Hours : 12hr Shifts

Exciting Sign-On Bonus : $20,000.00

Responsibilities :

• Deliver safe, effective direct patient care in an outpatient / ambulatory setting.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document care in accordance with nursing standards.
• Communicate promptly with physicians, the Director of Surgical Services, House Supervisor, and healthcare team about patient conditions, diagnostics results, and treatment plans.
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and support emergency interventions.
• Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Facilitate patient flow, scheduling, and department organization to enhance the outpatient experience.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and outpatient best practices.
• Engage in Performance Improvement initiatives, attend staff meetings, and complete required in-service training.

Qualifications :

Education, Experience, and Training :

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain currency.

3. Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.

4. Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain currency.

5. Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.

6. Ventilator Management experience preferred.

7. Medical-Surgical Nurse-Board Certified (RN-BC) or similar certification preferred.

8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
