We offer:
The role encompasses active car maintenance duties as well as customer service abilities. If you show promise, and have the aptitude, as a Lube Technician, you will begin a comprehensive mechanic training program. This is an excellent entry-level position and there is no previous mechanic training required.
A day in the life of an Lube Technician combines mechanical and customer service skills at fast-paced level.
Responsibilities include:
- Servicing and replacing oil and air filters
- Automotive grease fittings
- Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers
- Checking, refilling and changing oil and other vehicle fluids
- Rotating tires
- Working in a team atmosphere to provide quick and excellent service
- Helping customers understand their automotive needs
- Maintaining a clean and presentable workplace
Knowledge and Skills:
- Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of safety policies and practices
Work Experience and/or Education:
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum Age 18+ years old
- Have a positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality and the ability to be a team player.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy.
- Possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds at least 10 times a day.
- Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up and down stairs.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time with hands above the head.
