Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehabilitation - Full Time

Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will take on independent clinical practices while demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide both routine and complex care, with a focus on long-term patient goals. You will enhance your ability to manage diverse clinical situations and delegate tasks effectively to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for all assigned patients.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families in accordance with your level of expertise.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols, monitoring for side effects and treatment efficacy.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care accurately.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers about care-related issues and available resources.

Job Requirements : Education / Skills :

Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.

Experience :

At least 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications :

BLS certification is required. RN License must be active in the state of employment or compact.

Additional Requirements :

All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire and complete onboarding competency validations with designated staff.

Please note that all associates must obtain necessary certifications within designated timeframes outlined by our policy.

Work Schedule :

5 Days - 8 Hours, Full Time position.
