A typical day in the life of a Call Center Representative :
Answering inbound calls Acting as first point-of-contact for caller Entering client / patient information into website Retrieving information relating to client / patient Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client / patient needs

Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Call center or customer service experience Great interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent RESUME IS REQUIRED
