Cardiac NP, Interventional Cardiology Structural Program

We are excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our esteemed Interventional Cardiology team as the Coordinator for our Structural Interventional Cardiology Program . This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing cardiac program that provides innovative, cutting-edge care to patients with structural heart disease.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize the care of patients undergoing structural heart procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, and other advanced interventions.
• Manage pre- and post-procedure patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
• Participate in patient education, outreach efforts, and program development initiatives.
• Support research and quality improvement efforts within the structural heart program.
• Act as a key liaison between providers, patients, and families to facilitate communication and enhance the patient experience.

Salary Range : $165,000 - $185,000 This does not include additional eligible bonuses
