Senior Mechanical Engineer with HVAC & Plumbing Design Experience part

MEP Firm locates in Glendale, California. We are looking for a senior mechanical engineer with HVAC & Plumbing design experience to join our team. Candidate for this position must have architectural background, as well as constructability knowledge to identify the issues arisen. Candidate must perform a constructability review, RFI/RFC, Submittal review, shop drawing review, and coordination by providing digital mark-ups, details, hand sketch, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in timely manner.

Specific qualifications:
Mechanical and Plumbing with minimum professional experience:
Project Manager (Min. 6 years architectural engineering experience)
Must have strong construction document knowledge.
Experience working on large scale mixed-use, commercial retails, corporate/medical offices, hospitality.
Skilled at multitasking and working toward multiple deadlines..
QA/QC experience required

BIM software and work flow knowledge is plus.
