Job Title : Assembler - 1st shift $16 , 2nd shift - $18

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in our assembly process, working collaboratively with a team, and being open to cross-training in various areas.

Responsibilities

Document received parts during the Receiving process.

Perform Factory Reset by manually pressing a button.

Conduct Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units to determine repair needs.

Execute Wi-Fi and Elevated Temperature Tests.

Clean and repair cosmetic issues on units.

Conduct In Process Quality Control (IPQC).

Prepare kits and palletize for shipment.

Scan parts at every step of the process.

Essential Skills

Strong attention to detail.

Comfortable being on feet for the entirety of the day.

Ability to work collaboratively with others.

Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in assembly, pick, packing, retail, repair, and refurbishment.

Skills in quality inspection, electronic assembly, soldering, and test equipment.

Familiarity with RF scanners, computers, blueprints, and power tools.

Hand dexterity, punctuality, and general labor experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 / hr.
