The HHA will provide high-quality care to each assigned patient, resident, or client with daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident / patient / or client's assessment and plan of care.
Job Responsibilities of the HHA
Required to assist or complete resident activities of daily living according to the care plan / closet care plan for assigned residents.
Activities of daily living shall include but not limited to :
- Assist CNA with bathing of residents either by the bed, shower or tub.
- Help residents get dressed or completely dressing residents unable to dress themselves
- Transport residents throughout facility
- Assist residents with feeding
Accompany residents to offsite doctor appointments
