A company is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator I to manage sales support functions for assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for service issues, fulfilling and delivering enrollment kits and marketing supplies
Track compliance elements, communicate certification statuses, and coordinate certification processes for producers
Provide service resolutions, handle escalated issues, and maintain producer files in compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in customer service or office-related roles
2+ years of experience in health insurance and agent certification preferred
2+ years of experience in policy and procedure technical writing preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
