Nemours is seeking a Division Coordinator Lead, FULL-TIME, to join our Primary Care team in Orlando, Florida
Nemours primary care practices provide a kid-friendly, family-centered pediatric primary care experience for families in Central Florida. With 18 primary care and 3 urgent care practices conveniently located throughout the region, we provide quality, professional pediatric services with special attention on preventive care and whole-child wellness.
In collaboration with the Practice Managers, AVP of Primary Care, Clinical Director, and Division Chief, the Department Coordinator position oversees the administrative, clinical, and operational activities of the Florida Primary Care Integrated Behavioral Health department and the divisions they support.
- Collaborates with the Practice Managers, AVP of Primary Care, Clinical Director, and Division Chief to provide administrative and operational oversight within the primary care clinics.
- Provides support to the Practice Managers, AVP of Primary Care, Clinical Director, and Division Chief in the development, communication and implementation of department goals and objectives.
- Monitors and supports all front-end and revenue management operations for Integrated Behavioral Health.
- Maintains proficiency and knowledge of Epic functions, policies and procedures.
- Has a cooperative working relationship with the practice management and clinical leadership teams to advance the goals and objectives of the departments.
- Creates and manages data to identify trends and develop and implement countermeasures when necessary. Produce and shares relevant reports and data on a regular basis.
- Coordinates with the Practice Managers, AVP of Primary Care, Clinical Director, and Division Chief on physician and non-physician scheduling templates to achieve success and productivity goals.
- Interacts with departments and ambulatory leadership to resolve daily operational problems, improve coordination of systems and processes, and works towards mutual goal attainment. This includes participation in the daily management system daily tiered huddles.
- Facilitate interviewing / hiring / training of new providers and staff. Supports on-boarding process, serves as Kronos approver, and is an assigned delegate for Labor Distribution requests and other Harmony related functions.
- Develops and produces monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, productivity and service specific reports and presentation for internal and external customers.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma required. Associate Degree preferred.Minimum three years of experience.Travel to primary care locations required.
